WILSHIRE BOULEVARD RESTAURANTS
In 2008 we acquired an underperforming single-tenant retail project in a prime location of Santa Monica, California. The development team worked with an accomplished local architect and general contractor to develop brand new retail spaces accommodating two regional restaurant tenants.
We invested in a retail building on a strategic corner on Wilshire Boulevard in Santa Monica across the street from a Whole Foods market. As part of the purchase, we negotiated a buy-out of the existing non-credit tenants and signed a new long term lease with Citibank.

West Hyde Park is a proposed 6-story 159,000 sf, 1,366 unit self storage facility in Inglewood, CA. The project is strategically located in close proximity to the major employment and technology hubs of Santa Monica, Playa Vista and El Segundo, as well as being located less than 2 miles from the new 70,000 seat LA Stadium.
401 Broadway is a new retail development boasting a superb location across Broadway Street from Santa Monica Place, an upscale shopping mall located at the south end of the Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica. The building features approximately 8,400 square feet of prime retail space.
